The Career Place is here to help!
The Career Place provides a full range of free career planning and MCAS support services to students from the class of 2003 through 2008 who have not yet passed the MCAS. Funded by the Massachusetts Department of Education and the Center for School
Support Services, the Pathways for Success program works with students in the Metro North area from the classes of 2003-2008 to help them pass
the MCAS exam and obtain their high school diploma. The program also provides
students with comprehensive career development services.
- Services are provided at community-based locations in Malden, Somerville, and Woburn.
- Eligible students include any senior or post-senior student who did not meet their school graduation or diploma requirements solely due to their MCAS scores.
