Connecting ActivitiesThe Career Place Connecting Activities program at Medford, Wakefield and Woburn High Schools paves the way to positive career pathways by offering individual and classroom-based assistance. The program provides intense job-readiness skills including résumé writing, interviewing techniques, workplace etiquette, and communication skills. Students develop plans for their future through self-assessment activities and career planning. Participants learn about career opportunities by attending company tours, job shadow events and guest speaker forums.
