Pathways to Success by 21
Pathways to Success by 21 (P-21) is a statewide effort to improve the future prospects for vulnerable youth ages 16-24, including those who are in school and those who are in out-of-school and out-of-work situations. Our services are provided through a collaboration between the Commonwealth Corporation, the Metro North Regional Employment Board, The Career Place, the Mystic Learning Center, The Welcome Project, and the Somerville Housing Authority. Services include education advancement services to connect participants to GED, certificate, degree and job-training programs.
