Our guest facilitator is Pamela Glennon, Recruitment Manager at Ipswitch, Inc. in Lexington, MA (www.ipswitch.com). Ms. Glennon brings 16 years of expertise in the recruitment industry on both the corporate and agency sides. Her current professional focus is on the overall improvement of the recruitment process. This includes making the necessary adjustments to streamline the overall experience for both the candidate and the hiring manager.
