Strategic Futuring is a facilitated career-life planning process that provides the support of a structured process, tools and guidance to help individuals explore the right career path for them.  This session involves a five-phase, vision-based planning process and includes a series of interactive exercises, small and large group hands-on activities.  Participants envision their desired future, develop a multi-year career-life plan and learn how to more effectively carry out plans given the challenges and opportunities they may face in the future.

Here’s what one participant from a recent workshop had to say about the benefits:

“It’s been a constant stressor for me, how and where I’m going in the future so writing it down and working it out, how I can accomplish these goals is a relief to me.”

Is Strategic Futuring for you:

  • Are you uncertain of your long-term career plan?
  • Do you have a professional or personal goal but need a roadmap to get there?

If you have answered yes to any of the above questions, then Strategic Futuring is for you!
