UI Online will provide a way for you to file and access your Unemployment Insurance claim.

The Career Place will offer a daily video workshop to give an overview of UI Online. You may also reserve time to use UI Online at a computer at The Career Place. Please stop by the front desk or call 781.932.5575 to register for the video workshop or to reserve access to one of three computers in our lobby area for UI Online. These services will be available weekdays, on a scheduled basis only.

Through June 21, 2013: On Thursdays and Fridays, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., on a first-come-first-serve basis, an UI Rep is available to open new claims or help with existing claims.

Starting July 1, 2013: An UI Rep will be available at The Career Place on Thursdays and Fridays to provide over-the-shoulder assistance for individuals who have scheduled time at one of three career center computers for UI Online. You must enter the claim yourself, using the online system. These time slots are for one hour.

You may phone the Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Assistance to open a new claim or to ask for technical support with an existing claim.

Phone Support is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Expanded Phone Support Hours: July 1 to August 2, Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
